Fall Service (Heating, Humidification, Air Quality)
- Inspect furnace and components for damage and noise.
- Check flue pipes, draft inducer, heat exchanger, and chimney
- Check, clean, and (if necessary) adjust pilot light. Inspect igniter operation and measure resistance
- Check electrical wiring and connections
- Check supply and return ducts for air leakage, water stains, rust
- Check and maintain filter cabinet or filter grill for air gaps
- Replace filters and/or clean electronic filters at no additional charge. Replace humidifier pads
- Test for carbon monoxide in the flue gas and in the air around the furnace. Check for gas leaks.
- For a gas water heater, check flue gas for carbon monoxide
Spring Service (Cooling, De-humidification, Air Quality, Water Heater)
- Inspect furnace / air handler and components for damage and noise.
- Clean / Wash outdoor Unit coils with appropriate water pressure
- Check refrigeration line insulation for rips, breaks, moisture
- Check and adjust AC level to prevent excessive component wear and tear
- Check and clean all condensate lines. Inspect and test operation of water safety switches
- Check electrical wiring and connections. Including Disconnect
- Check supply and return ducts for air leakage, water stains, rust
- Check and maintain filter cabinet or filter grill for air gaps
- Replace filters and/or clean electronic filters at no additional charge. Clean de-humidifier filters.
- For a gas water heater, check flue gas for carbon monoxide
